Sanjay Pattni is an Associate Partner and Head of the Data Management & Analytics Practice at Eclipse, where he leads the firm’s efforts in helping clients unlock the value of their data to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.

Since joining Eclipse in 2021, Sanjay has brought more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record delivering large-scale data transformation initiatives across Finance, Risk, and Compliance functions.

A certified DCAM (Data Capability Assessment Model) instructor and recognized industry thought leader, Sanjay is deeply committed to advancing data management excellence across the financial sector. He holds a BBA in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance from Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business.

Outside of work, Sanjay is an avid golfer and skier who enjoys spending time outdoors with his family in Atlanta, GA.
