Emily Gamlin joined Eclipse in 2022 and serves as Chief of Staff and a manager within the firm’s Risk & Regulatory Change practice. She brings experience across data, regulatory transformation, and non-financial risk, helping clients turn complex challenges into measurable results. Emily also supports Eclipse’s internal strategy and culture initiatives, driving alignment between people, process, and performance as the firm scales. She holds both a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance and an M.S. in Accountancy from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and is a licensed CPA in North Carolina.
