As CEO and Managing Partner, Michael is the driving force behind the Eclipse Way, setting the firm’s vision, steering its growth, and shaping the standards that define our success. With more than a decade of experience at the intersection of Finance, Risk, and Technology, he brings a multidimensional perspective shaped by roles as a Trader, Developer, Analyst, Enterprise Risk Manager, and Management Consultant. His leadership blends strategic insight with an execution-focused mindset, particularly across Risk Management, Data Management, and complex transformation initiatives that bridge business and IT.

Michael holds an MS in Finance and an MBA in Risk Management & Insurance from Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business. Outside of work, he is an avid reader, a marathon runner, and someone who loves sharing new ideas with the team.
