Sara Marino joined Eclipse in December 2022 and serves as Head of People, leading the firm’s People, Culture, Talent, and Operations functions. She brings over 20 years of experience across communications, talent acquisition, resource management, people leadership, and operational strategy. Sara plays a key role in building scalable systems and fostering a high-performance culture that aligns people and business goals as Eclipse continues to grow.

She holds a B.A. in Public Relations and Journalism. Outside of work, Sara enjoys photography, boxing, spending time with her pets and family.
